Hi! I'm Jill Konrath. This initiative is my passion project.

If you're like me, sometimes what's happening in this world feels overwhelming. Seriously, I'd often ask myself, "How can I make a difference or even a dent?"

In the videos here, I share two stories that changed my life. I finally realized that my role was to get people involved, taking action to create the future they wanted to live in.

It's a big shift for me after a career in business! Over the years, I've written four best-selling books and spoken worldwide. (Learn more.)

"What's Really Possible" is truly a work in progress. As it evolves, I'm looking forward to collaborating with you to ensure it's a valuable resource.

P.S. Many thanks to Robert Middleton for his invaluable help on this project.

Turning Ideas Into Action

It all starts by focusing on either what we really care about or what’s not getting done that you think matters. Look around your community. Where can you make a difference?

You don’t need to begin with a world-changing initiative, but you can join an existing effort. Find other groups or people who already tackling the issues you care about and make that your project. Engaging with others on these important projects is good for the soul.

Look at your personal strengths too. What are you good at? What gives you pleasure? Also look at what you don’t like to do. Be honest with yourself.

Ultimately, starting is what matters most. Seriously. Starting. What you see here on this website today is only the beginning. It will evolve—perhaps in ways that I can’t even imagine. But that’s what makes it exciting. A challenge worth taking. A project worth doing.
