Why I Wrote Pivotal Moments

We live in pivotal times, whether it’s in our country, our family, or with ourselves. Times when things are changing, sometimes in a good way, but often in a manner that shakes things up, creates tension, and leads to a different future.

But let me say, I had absolutely zero plans to write this book, Pivotal Moments.

Instead, about a year ago, I was deeply immersed in writing a fiction book. I was really having fun figuring out the plot, the characters, and the challenges they faced.

That is, until one evening, several months into this project. I was awakened in the middle of the night by a strong voice that said quite loudly, “I come first.”

Now that wasnt my husband talking. He was sound asleep. I lay there, unsure what to do or what it was all about.

And then the voice said very firmly, “Pivotal Moments.”

I gasped. Intuitively, I knew it was an assignment from above.

I was being given a project—one that I was uniquely qualified for. Over the years, I’ve experienced many pivotal moments and learned a great deal along the way.

So, I accepted that assignment. And, in 2025, I dedicated myself to writing and publishing my newest book, “Pivotal Moments: The Springboard to New Possibilities.”

I’m pretty sure you’ll find it helpful as you navigate your career and life. Why? Because how you respond to all those pivotal moments makes all the difference in the world.

Enjoy!
